Delivery details
The flowers you order will be packed fresh in the afternoon and delivered to the address of your choice the following day *. Our flowers are delivered in a custom-designed attractive box to ensure your delivery arrives in the best possible condition*.

Orders may be placed up to the time stated on the screen, for next day delivery*. We can accept orders up to a year prior to delivery. Whenever possible we prefer at least 48 hours notice of order. Our couriers undertake to attempt delivery before 6.00pm on the day of delivery.

We guarantee next day delivery to most of mainland UK. Should you require delivery to an area we currently cannot deliver to please telephone 0800 flowers (356937) and we shall attempt to arrange a delivery for you. Deliveries will be made Monday to Saturday.

We regret we do not currently offer delivery to the Highlands, the Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man. Should you require delivery to these areas please telephone 0800 flowers (356937) and we shall attempt to arrange a delivery for you.

In the case of courier delivery, if the recipient is not at the delivery address you state at time of delivery, we offer the opportunity to provide an alternative point of delivery, e.g. leave next door, in shed, on doorstep. If you do not provide an alternative delivery point, our courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your package. If you would prefer, please tick the "If recipient not available return to depot for later delivery/collection" box, in which instance our courier will leave a card for the recipient, with a telephone number, to enable a mutually convenient delivery time or point to be arranged.

Where a bouquet is delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, delivery will be made before 1pm and someone must be available to sign for your order. When there is no-one available, a card will be left and the package will be returned to the local sorting office for re-delivery or collection. Royal Mail will not leave a Special Delivery parcel without a signature.

Please note due to their perishability it is essential that the flowers are delivered (or collected) promptly.
