1. Can I order over the telephone?
Yes. Simply dial 0800 FLOWERS (0800 356 937) on weekdays, 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm to speak to one of our friendly and helpful operators, who will be happy to take your order and answer any questions you may have.
2. How do I know you have got my order?
When your order has been placed via the website you will see a confirmation screen and be sent an email. If you place your order via our call centre a Order Reference number will be quoted to you by the Customer Service Representative.
3. How can I cancel/amend my order?
Simply by replying to our confirmation e-mail or sending an e-mail to us via this form
stating your desire to cancel, or by calling our customer service desk on 0800 FLOWERS (0800 356 937). We regret we cannot amend or cancel orders within 24 hours of despatch.
4. What if I do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail?
If you did not receive and an e-mail confirmation within an hour of you placing your order via the website please telephone customer service on 0800 FLOWERS (0800 356 937).
5. Can I pre-order weeks or months in advance?
We will accept orders up to 12 months in advance.
6. How do I re-order?

7. Can I have a different colour or arrangement to that illustrated?
We can only supply bouquets as specified on our website, however, should you require something different please telephone 0800 FLOWERS (0800 356 937) and we shall attempt to arrange something for you. We would like to log interest in other flowers/colours for future product development. Please send an e-mail with your suggestions to us via this form
8. How often does your range change?
We continually review our range to reflect customer demand, seasonal factors and the availability of flowers. Because of our Internet base we can react to market and seasonal conditions immediately giving you better value, quality, style and freshness.
9. Do I untie them?
The flowers in the hand-tied bouquets have been specially selected and tied for placing straight into a vase. We recommend you do not untie your flowers.
10. Can I send a message?
You may type any message you require and this will be printed out in a clear, legible and stylish font on our attractive message card. If you prefer you may select an alternative font from the six we have available on the website.
11. I've got some lovely flowers but there is no message on them, who are they from?
Unfortunately under the terms of the Data Protection Act we are not at liberty to disclose customer details held on our database.
12. Some of the petals on my roses are discoloured. Why is that?
Most rose varieties have a set of guard petals, which protect the flower during its development. These tend to discolour as the rose head reaches maturity, although this doesn't affect the life or quality of the flower. As and when the outer guard petals discolour, please carefully remove them to extend the enjoyment of your roses.
13. Do you deliver on Sunday?
Unfortunately our florists only deliver Monday to Saturday.
14. Can I have my flowers there for 10.00a.m?

15. How do I know my flowers have arrived?
Please call us if they have not arrived on the specified date.
16. When will my flowers arrive?
On your specified day of delivery the florists will normally attempt delivery between 7.30am and 6.00pm, but during certain periods, may deliver later than this. Should delivery not be possible it will be re-attempted later, normally the following day.
17. When will you take payment from my credit/debit card?
Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of order.
18. Can I order and pay later?
Unfortunately we do not operate this facility at the moment. You need to give details of your payment method when you order and your card will be debited at the time of order.
19. Is the delivery charge applicable to every product I order?
The £4.95 relay charge will be charged on every complete order.
Our Same Day Service use specially appointed local florists and can normally deliver within a few hours of receiving the order, Monday to Saturday. Our International Service uses specially appointed local florists worldwide and can deliver, usually within 2 working days, Monday to Saturday, though local restrictions do apply. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact contents of the bouquet, however the florist will produce the closest facsimile of the bouquet ordered to a value of at least that specified.
